Came across this defensive and rather paranoid article by a John Gibson claiming blatant anti-Americanism by the BBC (could that well known anti BBC Australian Rupert Murdoch himself be behind this?).

If ever there was a justification for anti-Americanism it's writing like his. In a follow up he writes "Come on... the BBC displayed the biases of Britain's chattering classes — that Bush was a moron, that the war was illegal and immoral.." I would say he doesn't know of whom the chattering classes consist.

Thankfully, I think this is more to do with a FOX obsession and any sense of reality - here's a site called "fibbing it up at fox" . And then there's the case of the Simpsons fake new crawler which ads to the picture - see The Guardian
